Deliver critical nursing care as an integral member of an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic Intensive Care Unit setting. Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, contract assignment
• Shifts and hours as determined by department needs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, unrestricted RN license (Georgia)
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an ICU setting
• Solid understanding of critical care protocols and best practices
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting clinical excellence, patient safety, and ethical care standards outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with fellow nurses, physicians, and allied health providers to implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families, keeping them informed and involved in care decisions
• Document care activities accurately and promptly, following facility protocols and compliance guidelines
• Uphold system policies, procedures, and service excellence goals
