Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide exceptional patient care in a specialized critical care setting. This contract position offers the chance to apply your clinical expertise in a fast-paced environment, delivering advanced nursing care to patients requiring intensive monitoring and support.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding swiftly to changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Operate and interpret data from specialized ICU equipment.
Provide patient and family education regarding treatments and care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and interventions.

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Proven experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
