Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for ICU patients or assigned groups, ensuring adherence to protocols and high standards
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff across varying levels
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate optimal patient care
• Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion in clinical decision making
• Maintain meticulous patient records and contribute to care planning and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with policy, safety, and infection control procedures
• Participate in educational and training activities to stay current on best practices

Schedule:

• Contract position with flexible shifts as assigned by the unit

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage critically ill patients in acute care settings
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks, and work effectively within a float pool or as part of a rotating team
