Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in an intensive care unit under the guidance of Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary teams
- Collaborate closely with licensed and unlicensed staff to ensure individualized, safe, and effective patient care
- Adhere to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Associations Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics
- Support and promote patient advocacy, system policies, and service excellence in a patient-focused environment
- Utilize evidence-based practices and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia
- Proven ICU clinical nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of critical care protocols and patient safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to professional nursing ethics and ongoing development
