A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled ICU RN with experience in critical care nursing. This contract position offers the chance to apply your expertise while working a consistent night shift schedule. Qualifications:

• Current Arizona RN license required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting
• Cerner electronic medical records experience preferred
• Ability to float to sister facilities, including Med Surg, Telemetry, Step Down, and Emergency Department units, located in Tucson
• Professional appearance with solid-colored scrubs; prints are not permitted

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU during night shifts (7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.)
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float as needed to sister facilities across various departments, enhancing flexible support
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and standards

Schedule:

• Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Approximately 36 guaranteed hours weekly
• Weekend coverage required, with 5 weekend shifts in a 6-week period
