An opportunity is available for a registered nurse with intensive care experience to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract position is based in Elyria, OH, offering a valuable chance to enhance clinical skills in critical care settings.
Key Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with ICU nursing experience
- Ability to effectively manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
- Flexibility to float across inpatient areas including Stepdown and Med/Surg units
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Competent in supporting patient care during night shifts and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and stepdown units

- Participate in holiday and every other weekend rotations to ensure continuous care coverage
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Schedule:
- Night shift, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Rotation every other weekend and holidays
- Floating across all inpatient units within the medical center and affiliated facilities
