Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible rotating shifts available
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in New York (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent ICU experience required
- Proficiency in managing cardiac, neuro, and respiratory ICU patients
- BLS and ACLS certifications (critical)
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to critically ill patients with complex needs
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status, collaborating closely with physicians and allied health teams
- Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced monitoring systems safely and efficiently
- Educate and support patients and their families regarding ongoing care
