An opportunity exists for a skilled Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide exceptional care in a critical care setting. This contract position is based in Cle Elum, WA, and involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess critical patients' conditions continuously in the ICU
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical changes in patient status
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in medical records
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care procedures
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington
- Proven experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
