An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care in a well-equipped unit with a supportive and engaged team. This travel assignment offers hands-on experience in a cutting-edge environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Location: Dickson, Tennessee

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with varied nurse-to-patient ratios (2:1 primarily, with 1:1 and 3:1 as needed)
• Utilize advanced equipment including Arctic Sun and Continuous EEG monitors
• Perform specialized procedures such as central and arterial line placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubation
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including nurse tech support
• Float to the ICU overflow unit as required
• Adhere to unit-specific policies and dress code standards (Galaxy Blue or Pewter scrubs)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee or compact licensure eligibility
• Proven ICU experience with strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Certifications required: ACLS, PALS, and BLS
• Ability to work 36 hours per week, including every other weekend
