Provide exceptional critical care in a well-equipped ICU setting as a Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing. This travel opportunity is based in Bon Aqua, TN, at a highly regarded medical center known for quality care and staff engagement.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced nursing care in a 6-bed ICU unit with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 3:1.
• Perform critical procedures including central line and arterial line placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubation.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment such as Arctic Sun devices and Continuous EEG monitoring.
• Adhere to documentation protocols using the Meditech system.
• Provide excellent patient care while collaborating with unit secretaries and nurse techs.
• Float as needed to the ICU overflow unit to support fluctuating patient volumes.
• Participate in ongoing education and comply with all unit-specific policies and guidelines.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RN license with ICU nursing experience.
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS required.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Previous experience with central line and arterial line placements preferred.

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week, including every other weekend, providing a balanced and manageable workload.
