Schedule/Hours:

• Rotating schedule: Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibility

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license with ICU nursing experience
• Proficiency working with critically ill adult patients
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Familiarity with EHR systems; experience with OneChart is a plus
• Able to wear ceil blue scrubs as part of the professional dress code
• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical-thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill individuals, ensuring close monitoring and timely interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, manage complex equipment, and provide support to patients and families
• Document all care activities and patient progress efficiently using OneChart EHR system
• Adhere to high standards of patient safety, privacy, and hospital policies
