Your next nursing opportunity starts herea full-time contract role for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in home health care. This role is designed for RNs who are highly skilled in clinical care, possess strong documentation abilities, and thrive in managing a structured schedule. Schedule and Assignment Details:
- 13-week contract, with possibility for extension
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
- Expect some on-call responsibilities
- Daily visit expectations for a consistent patient load
What Youll Do:
- Deliver direct, in-home skilled nursing care and interventions
- Complete accurate, timely OASIS documentation and thorough patient assessments
- Coordinate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best individualized patient care
- Provide wound care, medication management, patient and family education, and chronic disease monitoring
- Notify clinical teams promptly regarding changes in patient condition
Desired Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum one year of recent RN experience in home health
- OASIS documentation experience is required
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a consistent full-time schedule
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
