A 13-week full-time home health nursing opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) skilled in clinical care and accurate documentation. This contract position offers the chance to impact patient lives through expert nursing interventions in a structured, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and skilled clinical interventions
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately and timely
- Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to tailor individualized care plans
- Perform wound care, medication management, patient education, and disease monitoring
- Communicate patient status and changes promptly to the clinical team
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
- Required proficiency with OASIS documentation
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a structured, full-time schedule with daily visits
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, with possible on-call responsibilities
