Exceptional opportunity for a Registered Nurse with home health expertise to provide high-quality care in patients residences. This contract role requires an RN skilled in home health nursing with hands-on experience using OASIS assessments. Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately document patient care activities in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Monitor patient status and report any changes promptly to supervising physicians
- Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 3 months home health experience utilizing OASIS assessments
- Experience with HCHB electronic health records is highly advantageous
- Strong clinical skill set, including IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration
- Proficient in EMR systems and documentation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
