Your next nursing opportunity begins with a highly regarded home health team seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with proven OASIS experience. This full-time, 13-week contract is designed for a clinician confident in thorough documentation, independent patient management, and providing outstanding in-home care.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Expectation of on-call duties as needed
- Structured daily patient visits
Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- Strong proficiency in OASIS documentation (required)
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Dependable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Ability to effectively manage schedules and documentation independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive in-home nursing care and skilled interventions
- Conduct patient assessments and promptly complete accurate OASIS documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to create individualized care plans
- Perform wound care, medication management, patient education, and monitor health status
- Communicate essential updates and changes in condition to the clinical team
