A Registered Nurse (RN) with home health experience is needed for a contract position based in Pittston, PA. - Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is highly desirable.
- Proficient clinical skills in IV therapy, wound care, and medication management.
- Comfortable with electronic medical records systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
