A Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home health nursing and OASIS documentation is needed for a focused contract opportunity in Ocean City, MD. This role offers a chance to deliver personalized in-home care while supporting patient recovery and well-being over a structured full-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and clinical interventions during home visits
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and accurately complete OASIS documentation on schedule
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to tailor patient care plans
- Perform wound care, medication administration, patient education, and monitor chronic conditions
- Communicate patient status updates and any changes promptly to the clinical team
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Minimum of one year recent experience in home health nursing
- Proficient in OASIS data collection and documentation required
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase software is highly preferred
- Ability to maintain a consistent full-time schedule with daily patient visits
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation essential
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call duties likely
