A 13-week full-time home health nursing contract is available in Morgantown, WV, offering an excellent opportunity for Registered Nurses skilled in OASIS documentation and in-home patient care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled in-home nursing care and interventions
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Perform wound care, medication management, patient education, and monitor chronic conditions
  • Communicate patient updates and condition changes to the clinical team

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current, active RN license
  • At least 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
  • Proficiency with OASIS documentation is required
  • Experience with HomeCare HomeBase software is strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage a structured, full-time schedule with daily patient visits
  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • On-call availability likely
