A skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for delivering high-quality home health care is needed for a contract position in Mooresville, NC. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in their residences.

- Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) software is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical skills, including IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
