Your next nursing opportunity starts with a full-time, 13-week home health contract for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with OASIS proficiency. Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be required
- Daily visit objectives to be met
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- Strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation (mandatory)
- Preferably proficient with HomeCare HomeBase software
- Capable of managing a structured, full-time caseload and meeting daily visit goals
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license are essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and skilled clinical interventions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation timely and accurately
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Conduct wound care, oversee medication administration, educate patients and caregivers, and monitor ongoing disease progress
- Communicate essential updates and any change in patient condition to clinical partners
