A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) with home health and OASIS experience to provide skilled nursing care in a 13-week full-time contract role. Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive in-home nursing care and skilled interventions
- Perform patient assessments and accurately complete OASIS documentation on time
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to tailor individualized care plans
- Manage wound care, medication schedules, patient education, and ongoing disease monitoring
- Communicate clinical updates and changes promptly to the healthcare team
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current, active RN license
- A minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience
- Proven experience with OASIS documentation
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase is highly preferred
- Ability to maintain a structured, full-time schedule with daily patient visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
