Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent experience in home health nursing
- Required experience with OASIS documentation
- Strong preference for proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase software
- Ability to handle a full-time, structured schedule with daily patient visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
