Your next nursing opportunity begins here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong home health expertise and OASIS experience to support patients in a 13-week full-time contract. Use your clinical knowledge, attention to documentation, and ability to manage a busy caseload to positively impact patient livesevery single day.
Schedule:
- 13-week assignment, with extension potential
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
- Occasional on-call responsibilities
- Daily scheduled patient visits
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and skilled clinical interventions
- Perform comprehensive assessments and complete OASIS documentation promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams on individualized care planning
- Manage wound care, medication administration, patient education, and disease process monitoring
- Communicate significant status updates and changes to the clinical team
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of one year recent RN home health experience
- Proficient in OASIS documentation
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and current drivers license
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
