Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Current and active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in home health nursing
- Demonstrated proficiency with OASIS documentation required
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license, able to manage daily visits in a structured schedule
