Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year recent experience in home health nursing with proven expertise in OASIS documentation
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase software is highly preferred
- Ability to maintain a structured full-time schedule including daily patient visits
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation essential
