Your next nursing opportunity is here: A leading healthcare team is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with proven Home Health expertise and OASIS proficiency for a 13-week full-time contract. Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Daily visits required
- On-call responsibilities possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and skilled clinical interventions
- Complete patient assessments and timely, accurate OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to implement tailored care plans
- Perform wound care, medication administration, patient education, and chronic disease management
- Communicate actively regarding patient status and changes in condition to the clinical team
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- At least 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience
- Proficient in OASIS documentation (required)
- Strongly preferred: Experience with HomeCare HomeBase software
- Dependable, able to manage a structured schedule and daily caseload
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
