Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum one year of recent home health RN experience
  • Required proficiency with OASIS documentation
  • Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is highly preferred
  • Ability to follow a structured schedule with daily visits, Monday through Friday
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
