Deliver essential nursing care as a Home Health Registered Nurse in a scenic Alaskan setting, providing comprehensive assessments and personalized patient care plans. This full-time contract position is based in Fort Wainwright, AK, offering the opportunity to support patients in their homes with a focus on holistic well-being.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments covering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs. You will review patient histories, diagnostics, and laboratory data, reporting abnormalities to physicians and caregivers promptly. Develop and implement individualized care plans incorporating patient and family input while coordinating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Perform reassessments as necessary and ensure care goals are realistic and measurable.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience
- Strong assessment and care planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working independently in patients homes

Schedule / Hours:
- Full-time with 8-hour shifts
