Your next rewarding nursing assignment awaits! We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong OASIS skills for a 13-week full-time home health contract. Schedule:
- 13-week full-time contract, Monday through Friday
- On-call participation may be required
- Daily visit quotas ensure a structured workday
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, in-home nursing care and skilled clinical interventions
- Conduct thorough patient assessments with accurate, timely completion of OASIS documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and fellow healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans
- Provide wound care, medication management, patient and family education, and disease monitoring
- Communicate relevant updates on patient conditions to the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
- Unencumbered RN license
- At least 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Demonstrated reliability in managing a structured caseload
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
