Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with solid home health and OASIS experience to fill a full-time, 13-week contract. If you bring confidence in clinical skills, accurate documentation, and a knack for balancing a structured schedule, you can make a significant difference in the lives of patients needing exceptional in-home care.
Schedule & Hours:
- 13-week contract, with potential to extend
- Monday through Friday full-time schedule; on-call hours probable
- Set daily home health visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care directly in patient homes
- Complete comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide individualized care
- Manage wound care, medication administration, disease monitoring, and patient/family education
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team swiftly and effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent home health RN experience
- OASIS documentation expertise required
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage a consistent full-time caseload
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
