Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with OASIS experience for a 13-week full-time assignment delivering exceptional care in a home health setting. If you thrive in independent environments, excel at clinical documentation, and enjoy supporting patients in their recovery at home, this contract is an excellent fit.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call possible
- Structured daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and skilled interventions to assigned patients
- Complete patient assessments and comprehensive, accurate OASIS documentation promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop personalized care plans
- Provide wound care, oversee medication management, educate patients and families, and monitor disease progression
- Maintain clear, timely communication regarding patient status with the broader care team
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- OASIS documentation experience required
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively manage a full-time, structured caseload
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
