Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong home health experienceincluding OASIS proficiencyfor a 13-week full-time contract. This role is ideal for clinicians skilled in accurate documentation and managing a structured schedule while making a real difference in patients lives.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call likely
- Daily patient visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and interventions
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and timely, precise OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
- Skillfully perform wound care, manage medications, provide patient education, and monitor disease progression
- Communicate promptly with the clinical team regarding changes in condition
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent home health RN experience
- Demonstrated OASIS documentation expertise
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, full-time schedule with routine patient visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
