Your next nursing opportunity starts herea fulfilling position supporting patients in their homes during a 13-week full-time contract. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN) with proven OASIS expertise whos confident managing visits and clinical documentation, all while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Structured daily patient visit expectations
- On-call participation is probable
What you'll do:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and tailored interventions to patients
- Accurately complete OASIS assessments and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to individualize care plans
- Provide wound care, medication administration, patient education, and chronic disease management
- Communicate meaningful updates and condition changes to the clinical team
Desired qualifications:
- Active RN license required
- At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- Demonstrated OASIS proficiency is necessary
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Dependable with reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Comfortable managing a busy, structured schedule
