Your next nursing opportunity starts here! We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional in-home care on a 13-week full-time contract. Schedule:
- 13-week contract with possible extension
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be included
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care and interventions in patients homes
- Accurately complete OASIS assessments and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans
- Perform wound care, medication administration, disease monitoring, and patient/caregiver education
- Report changes in patient condition to the clinical team promptly
- Maintain regular, structured daily visit schedules
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a home health RN
- OASIS proficiency required
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with consistent daily visits
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
