Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients presenting with emergency conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform triage duties to prioritize patient care efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with Emergency Room experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-stress situations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
