Embark on a dynamic assignment providing exceptional emergency nursing care in a fast-paced setting. This contract role requires skilled, adaptable Registered Nurses with proven experience in ER environments who can deliver excellence in patient assessment, treatment, and advocacy.

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• Comprehensive experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing
• Advanced knowledge of emergency protocols, life-saving procedures, and rapid response interventions
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with capacity to handle high-stress situations
• Solid critical thinking and prioritization skills
• Previous contract/travel experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Perform swift and accurate triage, assessments, and interventions for patients with emergent medical needs
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and execute ordered treatments efficiently
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document care, patient histories, and progress thoroughly in electronic records
• Respond promptly to emergencies and periodic codes, managing varying acuity levels
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and follow-up requirements
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times

$1,871 - $2,046/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
