Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) or Emergency Department
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and crisis management skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic, high-acuity situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, proficient patient care to individuals presenting with acute medical emergencies
• Triage patients and implement appropriate interventions based on acuity and protocols
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient status efficiently
• Educate patients and families about care, procedures, and follow-up instructions
• Adhere to all hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control standards
