Provide expert nursing care in the Emergency Room setting, delivering coordinated and comprehensive support to patients in accordance with established standards and nursing protocols. This contract position requires the ability to supervise and direct nursing staff of various levels while collaborating effectively with other healthcare disciplines. Critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment are essential in managing patient care and staff activities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
