Position Highlights:
- Job Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
- Department: Emergency Room (ER/ED)
- Schedule:
- 36-hour workweek
- 12-hour shifts
- 13-week contract
- Required call shifts (24 hours in duration)
This role provides valuable exposure to advanced technology like Meditech 6.0, helping you build new skills and enhance your resume. Prior travel nurse experience is strongly preferred, as you'll thrive in a fast-paced setting and bring fresh solutions to critical situations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in the ER.
- Triage, monitor, and treat patients with diverse acute and chronic conditions.
- Document and manage patient information using Meditech 6.0.
- Remain adaptable to changing situations, including taking assigned call shifts.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with ER or ED experience required.
- Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Meditech 6.0 is a plus.
- Current flu vaccinationno exceptions.
- Must have a permanent address over 100 miles from the facility.
- Commitment to no more than 3 days of requested time off per 13-week contract.
