Responsibilities:

• Deliver thorough patient assessments in a high-acuity emergency department environment.
• Utilize critical thinking and prioritization to manage a variety of acute, chronic, pediatric, geriatric, OB, behavioral health, and trauma cases.
• Administer treatments with proficiency using advanced medical equipment including infusion pumps, rapid infusers, and cardiac monitors.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and demonstrate respect for patient dignity and cultural needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in emergency nursing or comparable clinical setting.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, triage, and emergency nursing protocols.
• Preferred qualifications: TNCC, SANE, and ECRN certifications.
• Proficient in critical thinking, quick decision-making, communication, and emotional resilience.

Schedule & Hours:

• Shift hours and specific days will be provided upon assignment.
• Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.
• Guaranteed weekly hours available.
