Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of one year ER nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting vital signs and symptoms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for patient management
• Monitor equipment and respond promptly to acute clinical changes
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care instructions
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with facility policies
