Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Proven experience in an Emergency Department setting
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• Capacity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible shift offerings based on unit needs
• Weekend, evening, or holiday shifts may be required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients presenting with acute conditions
• Quickly triage and assess patients upon arrival
• Execute physician-ordered treatments and administer medications
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes
• Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, care plans, and discharge instructions
• Work alongside physicians, ancillary staff, and other nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all department and facility protocols, policies, and compliance standards

$2,861 - $3,016/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
