Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with Emergency Room experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in an acute care or trauma-designated emergency department is a plus.
