This Emergency Room RN position will rotate nights across Granby and Kremmling, playing a pivotal role in high-impact situations at a Level IV Trauma facility. You will benefit from professional growth by collaborating with different clinical leaders, adapting to various emergency protocols, and expanding your nursing skillset in settings that require adaptability and strong decision-making.
Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts: Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Two required call shifts
- May cover additional sites in Fraser, CO as needed
- Expectation to work holidays; on-call responsibilities required
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with Emergency Department experience
- Prior experience in Critical Access Hospitals (preferred)
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS (or equivalents), TNCC, ATLS, CEN (preferred/strongly recommended)
- Ability to provide trauma care and coordinate patient outcomes following clinical pathways
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate care for patients throughout their ED visitfrom admission to discharge
- Adhere to advanced cardiac, pediatric, and trauma protocols
- Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary emergency teams
- Facilitate prompt, compassionate care in urgent scenarios
