Deliver specialized patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment, utilizing your expertise as a Registered Nurse with a focus on emergency response. This contract position offers hands-on experience within a collaborative healthcare setting, providing critical care to patients in urgent need.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active RN license
• Previous experience in an emergency room (ER) or urgent care setting required
• Proficiency in emergency response protocols, trauma care, and rapid patient assessment
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional ER-related certifications are valuable)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

• Specific schedule and shift hours provided during interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on ER patients, monitoring vital signs and initiating appropriate interventions
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency procedures in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support teams to create and implement patient care plans
• Provide clear and accurate documentation in patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain treatments, answer questions, and provide reassurance in high-stress situations
• Participate in code and trauma response procedures as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment in compliance with all hospital and regulatory guidelines
