A healthcare facility in Boston, MA, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing, triaging, and prioritizing patients in the emergency department
  • Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to healthcare team members
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Documenting patient information thoroughly and maintaining accurate medical records
  • Responding promptly to emergencies and providing critical interventions as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid RN license with Emergency Room experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-stress, dynamic environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
  • Previous experience in an ER or similar acute care setting is highly desirable
