Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with certification or prior experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing
- Strong assessment and triage skills, able to manage multiple urgent cases simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain composure under pressure
- CPR and ACLS certification preferred
