This assignment offers the chance to thrive in an emergency department that treats a varied patient populationpediatrics, urgent care, psychiatric, trauma, and critical care. Expand your clinical capabilities and gain impressive resume experience as you manage advanced interventions such as arterial lines, medication titrations, mass blood transfusions, and chest tubes. Youll collaborate with forward-thinking leadership teams and work alongside expert clinicians, providing exceptional care while continually growing your own expertise.
Schedule/Hours:
- 3 x 12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m.)
Desired Experience & Certifications:
- Active RN license in SC or a compact state
- Minimum 3 years of ER experience
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and CPI (NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training) required
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality care to a diverse range of emergency patients
- Employ advanced clinical skills in medication titration, management of arterial lines, and interventions for trauma/critical cases
- Foster a positive patient experience through proficient communication and compassionate care
- Collaborate across disciplines to optimize patient outcomes and safety
