Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, contract-based position
• Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays, dependent on department needs

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC are a plus)
• Thorough understanding of applicable nursing practices per the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to upholding ANA Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based, compassionate care to ER patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute patient-centered care plans
• Advocate for the voices and needs of patients and their families
