Desired Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- Proven experience in Electrophysiology (EP) nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Core Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for EP lab patients throughout pre-, intra-, and post-procedural phases
- Assist physicians during electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device placements
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, documenting changes and initiating appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and follow-up care
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control standards within the EP lab
